Notes for maintenance and use
1. Overload or partial load is strictly prohibited during loading (please read the loading capacity trend and warning labels posted on the body) and the working environment temperature is 15℃~45℃.
2、Forklift truck should be used on the hard and smooth road. When lifting and lifting goods it is forbidden to stand on both sides of the dangerous area. When handling goods it should lower the fork before walking.
3、For special customized specifications such as widening heightening and lengthening the actual tonnage in use shall be 40%-50% lower than the marked tonnage of this machine. The effective length of the cargo fork of standard models shall be 800-1200mm the distance between the load center and 400mm and the lifting height of loading shall be 1550mm.
4、When the vehicle is carrying goods with high lift it should not be carried long distance. It should walk a short distance as slowly as possible. When descending the average speed should be slow to avoid accidents.
5、The control valve adjusting screw should not be removed at will to prevent the sealing ball from falling.
6、Before using the vehicle and at regular intervals lubricating oil should be added to the transmission parts the chain should be added with zu-2 anti-rust oil and the bearing roller and column friction parts should be added with zu-2 anti-wet lubricant.
